Ce qui r\u00e9duit le contact urine\/f\u00e8ces \u00e0 l\u2019origine des \u00e9manations d\u2019ammoniac. D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude du laboratoire n\u00e9erlandais ind\u00e9pendant Meet ID, une stabulation \u00e9quip\u00e9e de tapis Magellan \u00e9mettra 42% moins d\u2019ammoniac qu\u2019avec des caillebotis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent dans notre environnement, l\u2019ammoniac est un compos\u00e9 azot\u00e9 dont les Pouvoirs Publics souhaitent r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions. En premier lieu, pour notre sant\u00e9, car l\u2019ammoniac est un gaz irritant. En se recombinant avec d\u2019autres mol\u00e9cules, c\u2019est un pr\u00e9curseur des microparticules. Au niveau environnemental aussi, les rejets d\u2019ammoniac ont un impact d\u00e9favorable car ils entrainent une acidification de l\u2019air et l\u2019eutrophisation des milieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, <a href=\"https:\/\/infos.ademe.fr\/lettre-recherche-avril-2022\/ammoniac-tester-des-pratiques-et-favoriser-le-transfert-de-connaissances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">94% de rejets d\u2019ammoniac proviennent du secteur agricole<\/a>, dont 43% pour le seul \u00e9levage bovin. C\u2019est essentiellement la chaine de gestion des d\u00e9jections qui en est responsable, car l\u2019ammoniac se forme lors du contact urine\/f\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bioret s\u00e9rie Sol - Moins 40% d&#039;\u00e9mission d&#039;ammoniac #8\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_32bzGP10JU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>42 % d\u2019\u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac en moins<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le secteur agricole, outre l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sanitaire et environnemental, la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac pr\u00e9sente aussi un int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9conomique, car l\u2019azote transform\u00e9 en ammoniac sont autant d\u2019unit\u00e9s perdues pour la fertilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par sa conception drainante, le tapis Magellan est une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac. La pente et les rigoles du tapis favorisent l\u2019\u00e9limination rapide des urines, entre les raclages, qui, combin\u00e9e avec une moindre humidit\u00e9, r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le laboratoire n\u00e9erlandais ind\u00e9pendant Meet ID est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la mesure des \u00e9missions gazeuses et dans la certification des innovations pour la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9levage. Pour quantifier la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions permise par les tapis Magellan, le laboratoire Meet ID a compar\u00e9, selon un protocole scientifique, les \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac sur caillebotis et sur tapis Magellan. Dans un premier temps, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019urine r\u00e9siduelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e. Elle est de 0,74 mm sur les sols avec caillebotis, alors qu\u2019elle n\u2019est que de 0,35 mm sur les sols \u00e9quip\u00e9s de tapis Magellan. Le laboratoire Meet ID a \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9 les \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac. Elles sont de 14,3 kg NH3\/animal\/an sur un sol en caillebotis. Dans une stabulation \u00e9quip\u00e9e de tapis Magellan, elles ne sont que de 8,4 kg\/animal\/an. Soit une r\u00e9duction de pr\u00e8s de 42% sur le tapis Magellan par rapport \u00e0 un sol sur caillebotis classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En se basant sur des \u00e9missions de 13 kg NH3\/vache\/an traditionnellement admis comme norme de rejet aux Pays Bas, la pose de tapis Magellan permettrait de r\u00e9duire ces \u00e9missions entre 6,8 et 7,5 kg selon les syst\u00e8mes de nettoyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats ont rendu possible l\u2019homologation des tapis Magellan pour la protection de l\u2019environnement dans quatre pays europ\u00e9ens&nbsp;: Les Pays-Bas, l\u2019Allemagne, la Belgique et le Royaume-Uni. Des demandes d\u2019homologation sont en cours au Danemark, en Suisse et en Autriche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Calculer au plus juste les \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le laboratoire Meet ID a calcul\u00e9 le cumul d\u2019\u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac selon les diff\u00e9rents types de sol. Le pourcentage de r\u00e9duction est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 sur le cumul des \u00e9missions sur les 14 heures suivant l\u2019aspersion par de l\u2019urine. Ce d\u00e9lai correspond \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e moyenne avant qu\u2019un endroit pr\u00e9cis de la stabulation re\u00e7oive \u00e0 nouveau une miction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cumul des \u00e9missions d\u2019ammoniac sur 14 heures est utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer le potentiel d\u2019\u00e9missions, en se basant sur une superficie de 4,5 m\u00b2 par vache.
